General Terms and Conditions Related to Social Media Management:

  • Media plans/calendars cannot be partially approved or divided into multiple plans/calendars, the plan/calendar should be approved fully before execution.
  • The client has to provide a clear and completed brief (branding, guidelines, logo, and any other important details) and any required materials to be given to Bowaba to begin working on the content.
  • Any changes on the contract need to be written and added to the contract to be signed by both parties.
  • The client needs to request to schedule a photo or video session before Bowaba teams shares the first draft of the social media calendar. The photo and video sessions included in the social media management packages are not obligated to be done by Bowaba if the client doesn’t ask for it, meaning, the client needs to request to schedule a session or let us know where to get the content from. The client can for example provide the content or guide Bowaba on where to get the content online. In case the client doesn’t request to schedule a session before Bowaba shares the first draft of the social media calendar, the client will not be entitled for a photo or video session for that month calendar and the photo or video session will not be moved or credited to the next month.
  • Any photo or video session service from Bowaba does not include models, location rent, props, or any additional services. The client will need to provide them or agree with Bowaba before the quote signature on the additional services, so they be included and mentioned on the quote.
  • Any feedback related to updating the content which was provided by Bowaba must be requested in writing by email or comments on the shared file with the client.
  • First draft of creatives and copy creation (only if template is applicable (for first-time clients)) will take  2 to 21 business days depending on the nature of the project, the client will get 2 free amendments/revisions only.
  • The client needs to approve or comment on the draft/template within 2 business days, otherwise the project will be delayed.
  • After the initial approval of the draft/template, the creatives and copy will be sent to the client within 2 to 21 business days depending on the nature of the project, the client will get 2 free amendments/revisions only.
  • The client needs to approve or comment on the content within 2 business days, otherwise the project would be delayed.
  • If Bowaba doesn’t hear back from the client within 10 business days of sending any approval request, Bowaba has the right to consider the project as completed and the client doesn’t have the right to ask for a refund. 
  • Service duration starts from the date when the first post goes live. This date will define the start and end of the monthly billing cycle.
  • Service will be automatically renewed for another period, the same as mentioned in the quote unless either party cancels the renewal before 1 month of the renewal date.
  • Bowaba will deliver the service on time if there was no delay from the client. The payment would be due anyway every month even if there were no deliverables.
  • Any additional revisions after the final approval may require additional scoping and additional charges.
 
 

General Terms and Conditions Related to Online Paid Advertising:

  • Starting and ending dates for campaigns should be communicated before launching. In the case pausing the campaign is needed, clients must be aware that it may affect the performance and therefore the results.
  • Visually unappealing content has a direct effect on achieving the estimated results.
  • The client has to provide a clear and completed brief (branding, guidelines, logo, and any other important details) and any required materials to be given to Bowaba to begin working on the content.
  • Estimates/KPIs are based on internal benchmarks. All estimates are directional only, campaign actual results may vary. Client acknowledges that Bowaba doesn’t promise any results/KPIs.
  • Any changes on the contract need to be written and added to the contract to be signed by both parties.
  • Any feedback related to updating the content which was provided by Bowaba must be requested in writing by email or comments on the shared file with the client.

  • The client needs to approve or comment on the draft/template within 2 business days, otherwise the project will be delayed.
  • After the initial approval of the draft/template, the creatives and copy will be sent to the client within 2 to 14 business days depending on the nature of the project, the client will get 2 free amendments/revisions only.
  • The client needs to approve or comment on the content within 2 business days, otherwise the project would be delayed.
  • If Bowaba doesn’t hear back from the client within 10 business days of sending any approval request, Bowaba has the right to consider the project as completed and the client doesn’t have the right to ask for a refund. 
  • Any additional revisions after the final approval may require additional scoping and additional charges.
  • Online Ads will be set up within 3 business days prior once ad content is approved.
  • Analytics (if required) at least 3 business days prior to providing all the admin accesses to the advertising account/analytics (Facebook, Google, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager..etc)
 
 

General Terms and Conditions Related to Websites Design and Development

  • Upon proposal acceptance, Bowaba will proceed with the design, at this stage, Bowaba will send you a few website design inspirations for your feedback. Next step will be to design the home page (static jpg deliverable). Once the home page design is signed off Bowaba will proceed with the remaining inner pages (based on home page UI).
  • Once the whole web page design is approved, Bowaba will start the development phase. Kindly note that any design changes after the initial design approval might be extra charged.
  • Bowaba will design the Client website based on the proposed layout and features and develop a fully responsive website compatible with all screen resolutions for mobile, desktop, and tablet. CMS will be provided as well for easy and hassle-free website updates.
  • The website will be in one language unless specified. Copywriting and visual content will be provided by the client. If the client requires copywriting or visual content may require additional scoping and additional charges. If the client requires copywriting, Bowaba charges are 50 fills per word.
  • Design will take up to 21 business days / Development will take up to 28 business days and is subject to following timelines being met: (a), layout design approval should be done within 24 hours. (b), Any delay caused by the client in providing content or approvals will cause onward delay in the delivery of the site.
  • Any specific feature of the website not mentioned in the proposal may require additional scoping and additional charges.
  • The client is responsible to inform Bowaba before the quote signature of any specific feature or any specific plugin to be used so it can be mentioned in the quote itself. Bowaba is not responsible to provide any feature or any plugin that is not included in the quote.
  • In general, SSL Certificate, Domain Name, Website Hosting, Website Maintenance, and Email inbox, and any other 3rd party fees (if required) are not included in the service, they will be charged separately if required.
  • Technical maintenance is provided only for 1 month after the website is launched.
  • The SSL Certificate, Domain Name, Website Hosting, Website Maintenance, and Email inbox renew automatically for another period unless one of the parties notifies the other of its unwillingness to renew the contract at least 2 months before the end of the original or the renewed period.
 

Refund Policy:

  • No refund.
 
 

Payment options:

  • The client agrees to make timely payments in accordance with the marked due date on each invoice provided by Bowaba before Bowaba does any work.
  • Bowaba has the right to cancel the quotation immediately if the client does not comply with the terms and conditions or doesn’t pay the fees based on the invoice date.
